Force open — lost OTP / stuck parcel

Use this only after verifying the resident's identity (e.g. they're messaging from the same number the parcel was deposited to, and can confirm their name/unit). This bypasses the OTP entirely, opens the compartment, and marks the parcel as collected. Every use is permanently logged with your name and the reason given.
